Charlotte McGrath, RMT
registered massage therapist
In 2016, Charlotte became a graduate of Fleming College's 3-year Massage Therapy program, and a registrant of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
She now holds additional certifications in Infant Massage, Positional Release Therapy, and Bioflex Laser Therapy. Charlotte thrives on optimizing her clients' quality of life using a combination of massage techniques, stretches, and therapeutic exercises.
She always looks forward to helping clients to achieve their wellness goals with her results-driven approach.

Cancelled / Missed Appointment Policy
By using the services of Port Hope Mobile RMT, all patients agree to the following policy:
• Appointments that are cancelled or missed without at least 6 hours notice to the RMT will be billed at the full fee for the missed/cancelled appointment.
• Patients must be present at the agreed upon treatment location at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to allow for setup of equipment, paperwork, etc.
• Late arrivals must be communicated to the RMT in advance, otherwise the RMT may leave the premises and the patient is responsible for paying the full fee for the missed appointment.
• In the event of the patient's late arrival at the agreed upon treatment location, the treatment will not be extended beyond the scheduled appointment slot to make up for the missed portion of the treatment time, and will be billed at the full fee for the scheduled treatment.
